Sparkle and Shine Challenge

Hello lovelies!
I am playing along with the Sparkle and Shine Challenge today!

Pretty colors!
Those dresses are so silky and beautiful!
Here is my take...

I'll be very honest with you... I am not really sure about this card...LOL
I know what I was trying to do, but it didn't quite transfer onto the paper...lol

I was mostly inspired by those pretty dresses, and those die cuts are supposed to look like the dresses! And obviously, the ribbons and the flowers are the bouquets that those bride's maids are holding. I tried the die cuts in many different positions, and this looked cleanest...

I thought I had the In a Word: Love Cutaway, but apparently I don't...does that ever happen to you!? Well, I think this sentiment works beautifully too!
The bride's maids are wearing beautiful sparkly necklaces, so I die cut the sentiment in my glimmer paper ;-)

I wanted the silky shimmer from the dresses, so used the shinny gloss cardstock for my base. But of course a little more sparkle and shine won't hurt so I sprinkled some sequins ;-)

I think this card is different, but still pretty... I am not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing... Let me hear what you think!

My notes...

Stamp: Love Grows (Newton's Nook Designs)
Paper: Gloss White Cardstock (Ranger), Soft Sky, Bermuda Bay, Midnight Muse, Silver Glimmer Paper, Color Vellum (Studio Calico)
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessory: Clear and Blue Sequins (Pretty Pink Posh), Lucky Limeade Organdy Ribbon, Pool Party and Island Indigo Ribbons, Crochet Trim Ribbon
Tool: In a Word: Hugs Cutaways (Winnie and Walter), Die-namics Blueprint 25 (My Favorite Things)

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Hope you enjoyed it!
