Frantic Stamper December Release - Around The World

Saturday, December 23, 2017

Hi, there lovelies!
I am back with another card from the Frantic Stamper December Release today!
This release's theme is Around The World, so fun!

Okay, here it goes...;-)

Here I have is one of the great Pharoahs with his pyramid!
Or maybe he's dreaming of becoming that great...{LOL}

My Pharoah was created with the Base Paper Doll Body Die Set (10361) and the Egyptian Doll Clothes Die Set (10366) just like his beautiful queen last week. I also gave him the same cats-eye-make-up as his queen with Black Nuvo Crystal Drop. His gladiator sandals were fussy cut after die cutting one of the pairs of shoes from the Base paper Doll Body Set.

The ancient Egyptians must have been so very intelligent just to design perfect pyramids without the neat gadgets and/or technologies that we have these days! I would LOVE to go and see them someday, but for now, this beautiful die from the Sphinx and Pyramid Die Set (10368) will have to do ;-) I die cut this beautiful pyramid from shimmery yellow-ish green cardstock.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Hope you enjoyed it!

This will be my last post as a guest designer over at Frantic Stamper, I had so much fun showcasing Fran's beautiful dies! Huge thanks to Fran and Kathy for having me, and my sweet friend Jen Carter for inviting me to the team!

Frantic Stamper December Release - Around The World

Saturday, December 16, 2017

Hello, my lovelies!
I have another card I made with the Frantic Stamper December Release to share with you today, and I just know you're gonna love this one!

Okay, here it goes...;-)

So Fran has this adorable Kokeshi Japanese Paper Doll Die Set and told us that it's one of her best sellers in her shop (it is no wonder, they're so stinkin' cute!). Well, I think she did it again! She created this Base Paper Doll Body Die Set (10361) and different traditional outfits from around the world! I received the Egyptian Doll Clothes Die Set (10366) and I was very excited because my husband ABSOLUTELY LOVES ancient Egyptians and I've watched so many documentaries with him. They were such fascinating, advanced people, it is very intriguing to learn about them!

Even if you don't watch documentaries about ancient Egyptians, I bet you still know that Pharaohs and his queens dressed themselves with tons of beautiful gold and jewels. So naturally, I die cut my queen's accessories with bronze glimmer paper ;-) They look so sparkly and pretty on her white robe, dont' they!? And I couldn't forget about their cats eye make up! I added her eyeliner with black Nuvo crystal drop, isn't she fabulous!? ;-)

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Hope you enjoyed it!
I will be back with more projects so make sure to come back again!

Frantic Stamper December Release - Around The World

Saturday, December 9, 2017

Hi, there lovelies!
I am back with another card I made with the Frantic Stamper December Release today!
The theme for this release is Around The World, and I had so much fun making my projects with these new dies!

Okay, here it goes...;-)

For today's card, I used 2 of the new dies, Suitcase Stacked (10358) and Bon Voyage (10359). I used my travel themed patterned paper for this one as well, it's just too perfect and too fun!

I sat at my desk and thought and thought, how do I want my suitcases to look?
Patterned papers would make a fun stack, or I could watercolor...but I decided to accentuate the beautiful details by paper piecing ;-) I die cut the suitcases from ivory cardstock, then from gold foil for the little pieces (Oh my goodness, I just noticed I am missing one gold corner piece!!! 😱), and patterned paper for the tags. Isn't this absolutely beautiful with all those little gold accents!?

Such a gorgeous sentiment die 💗
I die cut it twice from black cardstock and layered them for a little dimension (I really like to do that 😜), and added some sparkle with Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen (available in Frantic Stamper Shop).

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Hope you enjoyed it!
I have super cute cards to share so do come back!

Frantic Stamper December Release - Around The World

Saturday, December 2, 2017

Hello, lovelies!
I am here with my first card for the Frantic Stamper December Release today!
The theme for this release is "Around the World", how fun is that!?

Okay, here it goes...;-)

I am starting off this release quietly with this CAS card! {Hee Hee}
I have this awesome travel themed patterned paper pad that was just perfect for today's card, and making this was super fast! (and I am a VERY slow card maker! LOL)

This Globe Die (10357) is so awesome!
As always, Fran's attention to detail makes such amazing dies!
I die cut this one twice from kraft cardstock and layered them, this is a great way to add dimension to intricate designs because using foam tape might be a bit difficult ;-) I thought about die cutting from another color and paper piece the continents, but I just LOVE this simple kraft look, I decided not to. Sometimes "Less is More", right!? ;-)

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Hope you enjoyed it!
I'll be back with more so do come back!

Frantic Stamper November Release

Thursday, November 30, 2017

Hello, lovelies!
I have one more card with the Frantic Stamper November Release to share before we enter December ;-)

Okay, here it goes ;-)

When I first received this gorgeous Music Ribbon Die, I wanted to make a shaker card!
I decided to keep this card very CAS because this music score is just fun itself!
I used Lawn Fawn I Love You Border lawn Cut for my sentiment since this is a long and skinny card, it was perfect!

I die cut the Music Ribbon from 3"x6-1/2" white cardstock to create a window, adhered acetate on the back of the panel, placed my Music Ribbon that was die cut from black cardstock. I then poured in a bunch of heart confetti and beads inside. When you shake the card, it just makes you want to sing and dance!

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Hope you enjoyed it!
The December Release starts tomorrow and I will be back with several projects so stay tuned! It's a really fun theme! ;-)

Frantic Stamper Nvember Release - Love and Music

Saturday, November 25, 2017

Hello, lovelies!
Hope those in the US had a fabulous Thanksgiving day!
I am back with another card with the Frantic Stamper November Release!
Here it goes! ;-)

Isn't this really fun with all those beautiful brass instruments!?
They're so beautiful, I had to frame them!
The YOU and SING sentiments are from Dance Rock Sing Die Set ;-) Since the theme of this release is Love and Music, this custom made sentiment was appropriate, and fun!

I die cut all the instruments from the Brass Musical Instruments Die Set from Copper Foil Sheet. Those delicate designs on them are simply gorgeous, aren't they!? Fran makes the most intricate dies, such attention to detail! I fussy cut the frames from a patterned paper, I thought copper with green was an unusual color combo but super fun!

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Hope you enjoyed it!
I will be back with another card so do come back!

Frantic Stamper November Release - Love and Music

Thursday, November 23, 2017

Hey, lovelies! Happy Thanksgiving!
I am here with my second card with the Frantic Stamper November Release!
This new release' theme is Love and Music, how fun is that!?

I am absolutely in love with the Baby Grand Piano die!
I come from a musical family, my grandpa was an opera singer, and both my grandma and mom gave piano lessons and even had annual recitals. My grandparents even had this gorgeous grand piano, which sounded just beautiful 💛

I die cut this little beauty from the black glimmer paper and added a little white piece behind the keys, and a taupe piece in the opening.

I also die cut the sentiment (Dance Rock Sing Die) from the same black glimmer paper and white cardstock, and layered them to give some contrast and dimension. It was overlapped on the Heart Clef Die, which was die cut from taupe and pink cardstock, the heart part in pink was trimmed and layered over the taupe piece.
Everything was framed with the Rectangle Tangled Frames Die that was die cut from white cardstock and mounted over the music score patterned paper.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Hoe you enjoyed it!
I will be back with 2 more cards so do come back!

Frantic Stamper November Release - Love and Music

Wednesday, November 8, 2017

Hello, lovelies!
I am here today with my first card with the November Release from Frantic Stamper ;-)
This new release is about Love and Music, how fun!

I absolutely love this elegant ballerina 💖
I die cut the Music Ribbon Die (10294) from light gray cardstock and adhered on my front panel, which I had a slider out. I die cut the Ballerina En Pointe (10299) from pale pink cardstock and she was placed in the slider with foam tape so she can dance on the music ribbon ;-)

I die cut one of the sentiments from the Dance Rock Sing die set (10355) from white cardstock and light gray cardstock and placed them above the slider. As my ballerina dances across the card, you can see them all one by one ;-)

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Hope you enjoyed it!
I'll be back with more cards!

Frantic Stamper Winter Release

Tuesday, October 31, 2017

Hello, lovelies!
Happy Halloween to those who celebrate it!
My kids can hardly wait to go trick or treating tonight, and I'm ever so patiently waiting to see them in their costumes!
Anyway, I have one more project with the Frantic Stamper Holiday Release today ;-)

I LOVE kraft with white, especially when I make winter cards :-)

This beautiful snowflake die is called Alpine Snow Flake (10337), I die cut once out of my front panel to create a window, then another one from white cardstock. I added mint sequins and clear bead seeds inside, then adhered the white snowflake on the window sheet, then applied clear glitter pen. It got a bit messy though...{oops}

I die cut the Elegant Winter from white and mint cardstock, and mounted them on top of each other slightly off so the colors show. I heat embossed the wishes on mint and popped it on with foam tape.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Hope you enjoyed it!

Frantic Stamper Winter Release

Tuesday, October 17, 2017

Hello, lovelies!
I am back with more of the Frantic Stamper Holiday Release today!

I used 2 of the new die sets, Home For The Holiday die (10323) and Christmas House die (10320).

This amazing house die comes with so many detailed pieces to create the house just the way you want, isn't it so much fun!? It even comes with that tree! I die cut the lights,  chopped it up, and decorate the tree ;-) I actually made a shaker, but I put black behind the house so you can't really see...{OOPS! LOL}

I just had to pair this lovely sentiment die with this house! ;-)
Wouldn't it be perfect to send this to a loved one who lives far?

Thank you so much for stopping by!
hope you enjoyed it!

Frantic Stamper Winter Release

Tuesday, October 10, 2017

Hello, lovelies!
I am here with another card using the new dies from the Frantic Stamper Winter Release today!

I am so not ready for snow yet! {LOL}
But this new beautiful Snow-Capped Mountains Die definitely needed some sparkly snow on top!

To make my white mountains with silver glimmer snow, I sponged 2 shades of blues on the background. I also used the Snow Maker Pen to create falling snow.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Hope you enjoyed it!

Frantic Stamper Winter Release

Tuesday, October 3, 2017

Hello, lovelies!
I am so excited to be one of the guest designers for the next three months over at Frantic Stamper! Today I am showcasing their new dies from their winter release ;-)

I'm not ready for Christmas just yet, but making this card kind of got me in the mood!
To showcase this beautiful new die, Holly Oval, I thought CAS was the way ;-)

Such an intricate die, isn't it just beautiful!?
I die cut it twice from white cardstock, and one from golf foil cardstock. This gives a nice dimension, plus reinforces the delicate pieces. I am also showcasing the Elegant Merry Christmas die, which I die cut from green cardstock then sewed onto this red vellum banner. I think the traditional red and green pop on the gold and white, don't you think?

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Hope you enjoyed it!
Make sure to check out the Frantic Stamper Shop for the new Winter Release!

Cupcake Inspirations Challenge 405

Sunday, April 30, 2017

Hello my lovelies!
It is Sunday again, and that means it's time for another Cupcake Inspirations Challenge!
This week's sponsor is Frantic Stamper! Woot Woot!
Not only they have a huge collection of fabulous products, but they also carry other manufacturers, so you can get everything you need from them!

WOW! Look at this gorgeous color combo this week!
Spring is such a beautiful season, and this is so perfect!
Okay, here is my take...;-)

I know, I am such a rebel...{LOL}
I used the pretty spring colors to create this super fun card!

The owner of Frantic Stamper, Fran, so very generously provided each DT member with our choice of a die set! Thank you so much! It was very difficult to pick just one since she has SO MANY awesome dies!!! But I couldn't resist this fun "Super Kids" die set! You die cut each piece you see here, then you get to build your own superhero! Here's a girl with pink hair, isn't she just adorable!?

Here's my boy with his purple suit!
I die cut the kids' figures from white then colored with Spectrum Noir Markers, then dressed them with their super suits!

When you hear superheroes, you think of comic books, don't you?
And comic books has those tiny polka dots background (why is that exactly? I've never read them myself, but they sure look dramatic!) so that is what I used! Of course, I had to frame it like it is in a comic book! I just LOVE how this card turned out!

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Hope you enjoyed it!
Don't forget to head over to the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge Blog, too!
