Cupcake Inspirations Challenge 374

Sunday, September 4, 2016

Hi there cupcake lovers!
Wow, it's September already! Are we ready for school!!? (I'm not...lol)
It is time for another Cupcake Inspirations Challenge!
This week's sponsor is Little Miss Muffet :-)

Our challenge coordinator Nina picks these cupcake photos, and she does a fabulous job every week. This one by far is my most favorite color combo!!! 3 of my favorite colors but I would have NEVER thought to put them together myself!
How gorgeous is this!!?
Alright, here is my take...;-)

A fabulous color combo + an adorable image = one awesome card!!!

The sponsor generously provided us a couple of super cute images to work with for this challenge, thank you so much!
I absolutely LOVE this sweet ducky, and enjoyed so very much coloring this cutie with my Spectrum Noir markers!!! He was fussy cute then popped on top of another image printed on the front panel, which has a whole bunch of randomly stamped "rain or shine".

I made my own raindrop stencil using a die and applied embossing paste lightly.
A couple of the smile sentiment was die cut from Poppy Parade cardstock.
I just LOVE how this turned out!
And not only that, this was REALLY fun to make!!!

*my notes*

Stamp: Puddle Jack (Little Miss Muffet), Alphabet Rotary Stamp (SU!)
Paper: Whisper White, Mint Macaron, Poppy Parade
Ink: Crumb Cake, Mint Macaron (SU!), Spectrum Noir Markers
Tool: Spring Shower Lawn Cut (Lawn Fawn), Smile Die (The Greeting Farm), Die-namics Blueprint 15 (My Favorite Things), Embossing Paste (Ranger)

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Hope you enjoyed it!
Now get your supplies and create something beautiful, link it up to the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge Blog to share with us!
