Hello, lovelies!
It is time for the Newton's Nook Designs September Release!
All the new products will be available for purchase this Friday the 14th in the Newton's Nook Designs Shop!
So today is day 3 of the reveal and we're showcasing the Harvest Tails Stamp Set along with the Coordinating Die Set!
How cute is this set with all these different forest critters!? 💛
Here I go...;-)
For this sweet little Bambi, I wanted a soft background.
I trimmed the watercolor paper to 4-1/2" x 5-1/2" then die cut it using the Land Border Die, and sponged them separately to create sky and ground. All I had to do was put them back together like big puzzle pieces ;-)
My sweet Bambi was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on watercolor paper, watercolored, and die cut using the coordinating die set. Before popping her on, I heat embossed the sentiment with Copper EP, then I used the new Pumpkin Patch Stencil to add one big glittery pumpkin.
My second card is with these adorable raccoon and fox friends ;-)
Yes, I colored all the images from the set without any designs in my head, they're just so stinkin' cute, I wanted to have a little fun! So this card was put together fairly quickly (for me, at least...LOL).
I think Mr.Raccoon was very excited about all these fruit and veggie, he dove right into the crate {Hee Hee} What a cutie 💛
Then we have this beautiful, sassy Miss. Roxey Foxey with her big pumpkin!
I know you're not supposed to pick a favorite but I must admit, Jen's little fox is my second favorite 💙 Obviously, Newton is my #1 man ;-)
I picked a couple of patterned papers to whip up this quick card. The orange paper was die cut using the Land Border Die Set, and my fluffy, puffy cloud was die cut using the Sky Border Die Set.
I couldn't leave this little dude out so I made a super CAS card with him ;-)
I die cut that stitched heart using the Darling Hearts Die Set (this mighty little die set is a must-have if you don't own one yet! I use this set ALL. THE. TIME. !!!) and heat embossed the sentiment with white EP. I was going to stamp the Acorn image all over but instead, I splattered some copper ink.
I have this little chipmunk in my backyard (not sure if I keep seeing the same one or there are more than one) and my kids and cats LOVE to watch him! So this is him, getting ready for winter collecting acorns ;-) His face is so sweet, he looks like he is nuts about someone...or some nuts!?
