Hello, lovelies!
It is time for the Newton's Nook Designs September Release!
All the new products will be available for purchase this Friday the 14th in the Newton's Nook Designs Shop!
So today is day 1 of the reveal and you're going love them all!
This one is called Newton's Cornucopia 💛
Isn't this beautiful!?
This set is called Newton's Thanksgiving.
That stuffed Newton image is just too cute 💛
This Pumpkin Patch Stencil is fun, adorable, beautiful, and can be very versatile!
I love Jen's stencil lines, she makes such original designs!
This is Tree Rings Stencil.
It took my breath away when I first saw this gorgeous stencil...😲💗
Alright, here I go...;-)
Making summer cards is really fun with all the "fun in the sun" theme, but I really do love making fall cards with earthy, organic colors and textures like this card today ;-)
This beautiful image was the first set I colored from the September release.
All the fruit & veggies were calling my name...{LOL}
I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on watercolor paper and watercolored, then die cut using the coordinating die.
For the background, first I sponged the Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide Ink on watercolor paper, splattered some white ink, then heat embossed the Tree Rings with Copper EP. I LOVE using copper for my fall cards, it's very warm and shiny!
My family and I go to my in-law's house (which is right next to us...lol) for Thanksgiving every year, and the house is always filled with yummy smells and HEAT! Cooking all day makes their house so HOT! {LOL} So this warm background was inspired by that...{LOL}
This adorable kitty here is totally ME...{LOL} Look at his big tummy!!! 😆💛
The images were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on watercolor paper, watercolored, and die cut using the coordinating dies. I love when kitties have totally random marking like this guy here 💚
Hee Hee 😆
This sentiment totally cracked me up because that is so me!!!
My mother-in-law and her sister bake at least a dozen pies the night before Thanksgiving day every year! And you know we eat them all, too...{LOL} Anyway, the sentiment was heat embossed with Copper EP on vellum and die cut with one of the flags from the Frames & Flags Die Set. I also die cut 2 more different banners using the same die set from patterned paper and sewed them all onto the front panel. Isn't it fun!?
