Hellooooo, dearie, and happy Wednesday!
I don't know about you but the end of March is always so hard because you start to see and feel spring but it is not quite here yet!!! Well, at least I am up on the Newton's Nook Designs Blog today with this very springy card ;-)
These little mice are so sweet, and I am just loving all the springy images!
I stamped this sweet little guy on a tulip image on watercolor paper with Antique Linen Distress Ink, watercolored, then die cut him out using the coordinating die set along with a few blank ones. I then used the same image carefully inked up only the tulip part and blank die cuts as my masks to stamp several tulips on the front panel. My sweet mouse was mounted on the front of all the tulips with the extra die cuts that I used as masks for some dimension.
This sweet sentiment was heat embossed with copper EP on the lightly watercolored background.
My little mouse didn't need many embellishments because he is that adorable 💛
Just a few sparkling clear sequins and copper striped washi tape on the side finish up this sweet CAS design ;-)
Thank you so much for stopping by!
Hope you enjoyed it!
Have a lovely day!
