Hello, lovelies!
I cannot believe there are only a few days left in May already!
The weather is finally nice and kids will be out of school in a few weeks (Yikes!), I think summer is just around the corner! So for today's card that is up on the Newton's Nook Designs Blog, I created something summery ;-)
Pink, lime green, and yellow with gold!
Isn't it fun!?
I stamped the yummy and adorable pineapple and die cut them using the coordinating dies. I gave my Ms. Pineapple a little gold flower sequin with a pink bead seed inside ;-)
The fun sentiment (which I LOVE!) was heat embossed with gold EP.
This stitched rectangle panel was die cut using the Frames and Flags Die Set, then I blended 2 shades of pink oxide ink to create this soft background. Splattering some water always makes the blended background fun effects!
I was going to mount my pink panel on a white base card and keep it super CAS, but I wanted a little more fun so I heat embossed some leaves using the Tropical Leaves Stencil with gold EP. I think it added just the right amount of fun ;-)
Thank you so much for stopping by!
Hope you enjoyed it!
Have a lovely day!
